Assess the damage
Run a fingernail across the mark. If it catches, it has gone through the clear coat into the colour — that is what touch-up paint fixes. If it does not catch, a polish may be enough. Deep gouges that reach bare metal on your CITROEN should be primed first so they do not rust.

While wet, glide the application card flat to lift the excess so paint stays packed in the scratch. Once dry, run the corrector over it and finish with the clear coat for a glossy, factory-matched result.
